So you’ve heard of AI, you think you know what automation is, but what about email marketing, auto responding on Instagram and all that jazz! You don’t have to be tech savvy to run a business, you just have to be able to learn and identify what will simplify your route to success. To start with female entrepreneurs are usually working alone for a period, this means we can’t do everything, this will just lead to overwhelm and the feeling of not being good enough. We will teach you how to work hand in had with tech so we can removed the fear and replace it with the fun!

Doing the Inner Work
This is for me the most important part of the whole Academy. Inner work is the foundation, without understanding yourself, your mindset, your uncomfortable bits, you won’t have the knowledge to build on it and all this will affect your ability to succeed (both in life and in business). At She Thrives we want to help you re-frame failure as a stepping stone not an end point and we show you how to embrace your unique experiences and strengths, no matter your background.
Building Unshakeable Confidence
I’ve been there ladies, “What if people don’t take me seriously? I feel overwhelmed and second guess everything? What if I fail?”
You’re not alone – we all have these doubts and question – are we good enough? Me included! This is all about knowing yourself on a deeper level, be willing to go where it might seem a little scary at first so you can understand where you need to put in the work to trust yourself and your expertise. It’s not easy, but it’s a journey well worth taking and we’re here with you every step of the way. At She Thrives we fully believe in collaboration and support and we got it – in abundance!

Are you one of those people who need everything to be perfect before they start? Does this hold you back? Let’s not burn out! This isn’t about how much we can do, but about doing something we are passionate about so it doesn’t feel like work! We will dive into self care practices to keep the mind and heart healthy and keep the motivational energy flowing, we will focus on prioritization, time management, setting boundaries and above all find the balance.
Push Past External Doubts
It’s going to happen, people are going to judge you. What we need to be prepared for in business and in life is how we lean away from that and focus on our own journey. You will never be everything to everyone, so focus on being something to someone. There are billions of people in the world and they are all not your perfect clients. There are going to be people who aren’t supportive or on board and don’t want your product and that’s ok, but learning how to deal with that and focus the energy in a positive way is what we delve into here, staying focused on your goals and building resilience despite the external doubts.
Building a business for me is 90% mindset. It’s about believing in yourself and overcoming the mental blocks that often stop us from succeeding. We empower women to tackle self-doubt, fear of failure and perfectionism helping you cultivate a mindset for success
